Private Hire

The prices listed are for private hire. e.g. parties, events, meetings etc. Please contact us for a quotation based on your individual requirements.  For Community pricing, please see seperate section below.

  • The Main Hall, Daytime Mon-Fri – £20 per hour.
  • The Main Hall, Daytime Sat-Sun – £25 per hour.
  • The Main Hall, Evening (6pm-12am) – £150 flat rate, February to November. £200 flat rate, December & January. (after midnight by prior arangement only, with £30 per hour additional fee.) Both the above include The Meeting Room free of charge if required.
  • The Penthouse Suite – £10 per hour.
  • The Meeting Room – Not currently available for booking on it’s own. (free if booked with the main hall).

A refundable bond is required for private hire. The amount depends upon the type of hire.

Please note, as the building is fully licensed, patrons are not able to bring their own drinks on to the premises. We also do not currently accept bookings for 18th-21st Birthday parties.  We no longer permit use of the bar for children’s parties.

Community Hire

To hire our premises for a regular community group, charity and fundraising purposes, our standard rates are based on the prices below.

  • The Main Hall, Daytime – £15 per hour.
  • The Main Hall, Evening – £20 per hour (from 5pm).
  • The Penthouse Suite – £10 per hour.
  • The Meeting Room – £10 per hour.

We do not usually require a bond from regular users. To discuss our community pricing further, please contact us.
